Your Audience on Facebook

Infographic: Your Target Audience on Facebook

Facebook accounts for half of the traffic single property websites receive. Check out Qwaya’s amazing infographic explaining how to understand and find YOUR audience on Facebook.

You may be wondering still if Facebook should be part of your overall real estate marketing plan. It should. Facebook accounts for half the traceable traffic to single property websites, according to our internal research. But, I’ll be the first to admit, Facebook can be a major time suck. You want to be able to focus your time and energy where it matters most. So, who is your target audience on Facebook?

Qwaya recently put together an awesome infographic that is all about “Finding Your Audience on Facebook”. This handy graphic shows you in clear terms all your options when building a Facebook relationship with 1/5 of the world’s population – or at least the percentage that matter to YOU and your real estate business (or any business!).

Infographic: The Growth of Social Media

Earlier this week, we looked at an awesome infographic about social media timing. Today, I’ve gone back to a killer Search Engine Journal (SEJ) infographic from December 2013 to talk about the growth of social media. Social media platforms continue to grow, and you really can leverage social media to help your real estate business.

Organizations large and small are using social media on a daily basis to connect with consumers. As a real estate professional, social media can serve as an incredible tool in your tool kit. Don’t believe me? Just check out last year’s growth. I can’t wait to see what 2014 brings.

Infographic: When Should You Post, Pin and Tweet?

When should you post, pin and tweet? Any time you find the time, right? Actually, no, as it turns out. The folks over at The Payroll Blog created an awesome infographic that breaks down the best times to share your information on various social media sites. The difference between viral and unnoticed can be all in your timing.

The article talks about platforms you can use to make the timing of your content more effective and easier. I notice they didn’t mention HootSuite, which is an unfortunate omission, in my opinion.

You can schedule anything you want to post at a later date and time, so schedule things for the right times!

So, without further ado, feast your eyes on this brilliant infographic (click to make it bigger):
